I suggest checking out some of user @loopline post in this thread. He has touched on it a bit in the past and mentioned he's 100% Can Spam compliant using this tool. Example: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/gsa-website-contact-automatically-send-your-product-service-to-1-000s-of-contact-forms-discount.1003864/post-11679842Should i run into any issues with the CAN-SPAM act using this?
How can i generate an opt out link to insert in the contact form? When you submit a contact form, most often it leaves the website and travels via email to the end users inbox. Attorneys have stated that this could fall under laws relating to sending emails so I prefer to be safe rather then sorry.
I just put an "hey if you want to stop these commercial messages, you can opt out here" and then an opt out link. Of course you want to tick the other boxes of legalities, so just google CAN Spam laws. Also you can have a look at eprivacy laws Europe, but mostly its pretty easy. GDPR doesn't apply unless your including peoples name, so just dont' include their names.
I use the proxy providers listed here:
http://scrapeboxfaq.com/scrapebox-proxies
Mostly buyproxies.
I also have many dedicated servers and VPS from solid SEO VPS.
Just make sure if your sending 3 million links a day your spliting that up over a lot of domains, even if they redirect back to your money site. Probably like 100K links max per domain per day. If you send 3 million links a day to 1 domain, your registrar will likely seize your domain for being on certain blacklists that that will get you on. Further sending 3 million links to the same domain will just land the lions share of them in spam filters and be pointless.
Yes, private proxies.
No, because the messages don't get "sent" from that ip. That ip connects to the website and submits the contact form. Then the actual sending ip is the ip of the website its self. So if you send 10,000 messages, it will come from 10,000 unique ips, the ips of the websites, more or less.
In the options you can increase the amount of submission threads. Also, if you're using proxies for submission, make sure they aren't slow public proxies ... fast dedicated/semi dedicated would work best.any way to make the software post faster?
i only sending sucessfull messages 20/hours
too slow
I use changemyip.com shared proxies. With 16 proxsies I'm scraping 40k websites per 24 hoursHi,
I've used multiple paid proxies but they keep banning on Google.

Which proxy service is good to purchase?
Hi Loopline, I've read that you didn't used proxies for identification, will that complaint of any new compalnts leaded to you using proxies? I liked your idea of not using proxies for identification and I saw better results from it, but your post scared me a little, and I'm thinking if I need to start using proxies again. What is your opinion on that?Today I got an abuse complaint from the NCCIC Department of Homeland Security. I was unaware the government even got involved in that sort of thing, but I ran this site in website contact and all I did was "check present websites".
Code:wifefruit.net
You might consider a rotating proxy service or increase time between search engine queries/decrease search threads.Hi,

The location is based on top level domain and the IP that the domain is hosted on. Determining the location based on host IP should be fairly accurate for country/region, but isn't 100%.Not sure if this is answered before
How is website location determined? How accurate is that?
