We you referring to version 3.26? I know someone mentioned on the forum they were having issues with it so version 3.27 was pushed out. Is that one working any better for you?

You're always able to revert to previous menu by going to start menu in windows and choosing > GSA Website Contact (previous version)

The latest 3.27 seems to be working fine for me now.
The latest version is working fine and should always be used unless an unexpected bug comes up. If bugs come up, they're usually fixed very quickly so its best to go with the latest version unless otherwise stated.
