I can't figure 2 things:
1. Why I can't visit your website (tools like 'is is down' shows that your website is up).
2. When I try to 'check present websites' I get this error: https://prnt.sc/suyjmj

Sorry, there was a firewall issue blocking people from accessing the site but it should now be fixed. Also, if you have to use the buy button on the first page of this thread and for the discount coupon "10OFF" to work.

If you go to the help menu you will see a link to the support forum where you can ask questions but regarding @loopline contact form training, you might want to shoot him a PM.

I'm not sure what his plans are for it.

Hi, I just ordered your product and must tell you it was the most painful ordering experience I've ever been through.

First I fill out all the details and your site wants to charge me 19% extra in form of some random tax of the random country I chose because there's no way I would give my real details to a random website. So I change the country to US and still, your site charges me $4 extra as some tax, but OK I google "random Hawaii zip code and address" pay the extra $4 which I have never been charged before when ordering online products. And get some emails but none of them contains a download link to the product and of course neither the confirmation page does, they just include this link https://www.trustpilot.com/evaluate/gsa-online.de and there's some random stuff which I have no idea what it is but I still click it and get this:

So, OK, I give one star to whatever that is, so I try again, go back to my inbox, find an invoice and again no product download page, so I go back to my inbox to the first email and finally find the link to your site: https://www.gsa-online.de I check all the products until I finally found it, together with the download link which should have been included in the first email when I purchased it, here it is: https://www.gsa-online.de/product/web_contact/

TLDR, couldn't find the product, your checkout page is a maze and you should just use a simple 1 page woocommerce checkout and include the download link on the confirmation page or confirmation email.

Dude you are bugging they are good guys and they follow up you must of never even messaged S4ntos cause that guy answers within like 4 hours always

not sure whats your problem but I managed to order smoothly without any hitch and I bought like 2 different products from GSA. They use 3rd party payment processor 2Checkout and I have no issue switching to another country in order to use Webmoney to pay which is not available if I choose my own country. The reason you are charged with extra tax could be due to your country tax requirements and 2Checkout is obliged to collect that tax on their behalf which has nothing to do with GSA.

1) There is literally a button in the sales letter/first post of this thread to download the software. You click the button and the software download starts immediately, then you input your license to unlock the full version.

2) As someone else mentioned, we use 2checkout as the payment processor and have had 1,000's of orders through this processor without issues. Any taxes that are added are due to your country or state tax requirements and are automatically handled by the payment processor, not us. Also, 2checkout handles fraud check, international orders and required taxes, license delivery, affiliate systems and many more things that are needed by us. So far, they have been great and much better than the other payment processors we've tried in the past.

We will see about adding a download link to the order confirmation, but if you had any issues, you could have sent a PM and I always do my best to respond ASAP.

You're 100% correct about the taxes being required by the country and 100% automatically added by 2checkout depending on location. Good to see you had a better experience.
