It depends on the seller to provide review copies or not. Sometimes because of the nature of buisness, its hard to provide review copies.

Totally convinced to buy Junior VIP but alas it needs 100 posts too. I will now start writing comments on BHW after only being the reader for 5 years.

I had JrVIP awarded a decade ago for something (don't recall what), but someone here was so insanely greedy they had to milk every cent out of already small user base. So JrVip was removed from those who it was awarded to for free in hopes they will buy it now and pay a few bucks a year.

Really low and kind of pathetic imo. If your business plan means taking away privilege from older accounts and hoping they don't notice and buy again then you can't count on success. On top of having banner upon banner in every corner of site. What it translates to is: "I can't figure out how to expand user base and figure out a better monetisation model, so I will just spam everyone with ads to milk those sheep to maximum". Not gonna work buddy.

This is encouraging. I want to get myself that status

This inspired me to buy jr vip, I am officially at a 100 posts and was looking for reasons lol. Wasn???t complement sure what jr vips even get. Where do you get people to rent your banner tho?

Do i need to be a member for 60 days and 100 posts?

As a newbie I had not even thought yet about joining the jr-vip but I stumbled upon this post so am replying with my thoughts...

The start of the thread is dated April 2018...
We now are July 2020...

To me, today, whatever amount is requested to obtain this status would make me think twice (this was not the case a few months ago when I had a running business, thanks pandemy for taking that away from me so a lesson to all: don't take anything for granted) And apparently the fee is going to be raised by 50% after the pandemic restrictions... Lucky me, this will probably be before I reach my 60 days here...

But then it seems nice to read that apparently this can be recovered by 'renting out' your banner space so you would not really pay for your jr-vip yourself... Is this situation still true in 2020? Do all jr-vips get to rent out their banner space for an amount that would at least cover their subscription? (If this is the case I wonder why I see members here with way over 100 posts and not having subscribed, do they not see the advantages or are they not advertised clearly to everybody that reaches the requirements?...)

Just joining to make a few $ renting out sig space is useless to me...

After all, this is a forum so one of the main reasons I would join is obtaining access to the jr-vip zone as this is presented as a place to share and discuss 'secret' methods. Which I see as helping out and sharing knowledge and ideas out of sight of the main public... This makes one believe that real valuable information is shared in that hidden part of the forum. But this post gives the impression that this section is not living up to this promise... Has there been any improvement in there since 2018? If not I suppose that, apart form basics, the information listed there must be obsolete... (crossing my fingers someone will reply to this question, preferable here so everybody gets to read it but otherwise you can also reach out to me personally if there are details you can't publically share)
