Yes, it's possible but this would be a 2 step process, first you will have to use the followers scraper or user by hashtag scraper to scraper the users and export their username.
Then you can use the email checker to filter them by following/followers/posts and other things.

About 10% of the users have the email, but this also depends on the source.
However there is no way to scrape every email and even if that was available it would be ilegal.

what i mean is that they could be bots as theres a lot of fake following bots, ourt there so thats why but ill try it out first
