XRumer + XEvil can not run with Ryzen CPUs

Hi,

I am running some wired problem, XEvil can't solve any captchas for other programs on my Ryzen PC .
I had bought a PC as captcha solver for RankerX and GSA SER, the PC has R5 3600 + 16G RAM totally meet the needs of XRumer and XEvil.
After everything set for tasks, the XEvil keep showing "XRumer is not connected, image decoding is impossible"
But the status bar shows XRumer and XEvil have connected to each other,


Has anyone run into the same problem as I do?
And, how to solve it?
