The customer service is good but the host is indeed slow. Doesn't look like they use ssds

I did about three days ago. I got no reply till now.
I tried to register a new account to buy the host. I got the same error. This time I got the message: Fraud.
Please provide me your ticket ID in order to check the communication with our staff. I cannot find your order.
All the servers are down and no response to tickets whats going on ... reseller shared all servers are down .. we are in a big trouble .. why cant you guys provide a good service for the price we paid

There was a huge DDOS attack to our servers. We have blocked the attack and now everything should be OK. The downtime was around 2 hours and we apologise for that but we did not expect such a big DDOS attack. It happens rare, but as you see we did our best to fix the issue.
Our response time is between 30 and 180 minutes. According to the volume of tickets that we receive.
