Where is the best place to sell a website?

Hey Everyone,

I was thinking of selling a site and wanted to hear what some more experienced sellers would say when the site has:

- Earning $6,000 a month over the October, Nov, Dec period. 1-2k all the other months.
- Parenting Niche, toys, gifts, amazon
- Good social
- 30k content weekly being published, added option which can be included or not!
- White hat link building or as close as
- Article length averages 3k per article and some are even up to 8k (dominates)
- 32,800 keywords currently
- Has natural links forming on authority sites

Any rough evaluations? I had another site approach me offering there site for $250,000 cash and it has poor rankings, which has got me thinking!

Any suggestions is cool..

check the start of this thread and recommendation for FE International.

Send them a note - they can valuate your site, and sell it for you with acceptable fee (if they found your site worth selling).

Best of all, they do all the 'paperwork'

Flippa just changed their design, now your website's screenshot is gone from the search results which leads to fewer views, they are pushing people to upgrade for $250, this way they are killing starter sites. And none of the above marketplaces can compete with Flippa when it comes to starter websites.
I've been active for a while on Flippa (since 2015), but it's getting more complicated with the high-level fees. I've never tried BHW marketplace before, I sell mostly dropshipping stores (Woocommerce & Shopify), anybody can advise? I really wish to move my activity from there and unleash myself from that dependence.

I personally think empire flippers is the best place to sell a site. You'll usually get ~30x your monthly net profit there.

where should i go if i want to sell site like youtube downloader ?

my niche is not youtube downloader ,but have same concept with youtube downloader. User put spesific video link from spesific sites and my sites will generate link for that file directly from that site , nothing downloaded to my server. But i don't have any permissions from the source sites. Primary earning method is from google adsense ( never got banned for almost 2 years )

So let's say I built a new eCommerce store and it's ready to be used. Fully customized wordpress/woocommerce store with automated emails such as abandon cart and all this + instagram, twitter, pinterest, domain name, facebook pages all done and ready. Can give you the url if you guys want to see.

The website has not been launched so there are no actual sales. Is it possible to sell it somewhere?

informative thread ,i'm sharing my opinion,many other factors depend on selling website in higher rates your site must have 6 month good revenue and traffic.
i recommended Flippa because it works good for selling if you have a extremely good site

Very informative analysis and comparison. Can anyone tell me what is the best place to buy and sell starter websites. The brokers listed here like umpire flippers and others have a minimum earning criteria to qualify for selling so they don't sell starter websites. Flippa has starter websites but there are a lot of listings and looks a bit confusing. If anyone has tips on screening out starter flippa websites to find good deal then please share. Thanks.
