I paid $15 for a logo and an icon, which I was delivered 3 different types of logos to pick from. I have picked the logo that I deemed would fit the project, and will now be delivered to me within 1-2 days.

Overall, for the price of $15 you get what you pay for, you're not getting outside the box custom art, but you're getting high-quality pre-made icons on Google that are designed to design your requested project.

Custom drawn vector image file including cdr, svg, fav.ico & hi-res png along with two website previews.

My Review:

Bought a logo service, but at last wasn't satisfied with quality of creativity as per i paid.

Also payment is in advance so you have to loose money in case you don't like what they design.

I don't know whether its right or wrong for others, but i feel its wrong to take payment and say we charge for our hard work even if you like it or not.

That sounds like, they can sell anything that way.

On a note: Seller was supportive and i guess if anyone has some similar stuff to show him and get made that, he can do it. But his team seems not enough creative when it comes to think a icon stuff.

So think wisely with the service. I lost my money hope you don't.

Our kind response:

Amount paid by the client : $8/-

Details given: Need a logo like "Hootsuite"!
No examples or any further details given. We were simply asked to work on our own ideas. Just an example from another seller who made concepts for him like we did.

Color suggestions given by the client : None

Client website address for logo color theme, preview & placement check whether to make a horizontal/vertical design : It says it's 'parked on the bun' & no template published. (under construction)

Concepts submitted in less than 24 hours based on the given brand name & the "details":

Client reply to the above concepts submission:

Said we're getting closer to the goal and posts such a kind of review, three days later!

Facts:

The client ordered from a couple of sellers before coming to us and picked the one he liked from a designer, sends it to us to develop it further, then says we're getting closer to the goal. Takes the developed design by us to another seller, develops it further more, then picks the design he likes the most. Then claims for refund from the rest of the sellers who couldn't meet his expectations, else posts a negative feedback. Calls them all poor designers with "not enough creativity" and says he lost his $8!

Though we had no problems doing further revisions. The client just said he found a better design elsewhere.

Final notes:

We have been striving hard in the midst of this COVID-19 Lockdown to deliver promptly and meet the expectations of the clients with no extra costs. It's a no problem if we get zero appreciation for our work, but tbh, sabotaging our reputation easily through mere false facts is what really hurts a lot of sellers like us on BHW!

P.S: @xfiles999 let us know if you want a refund, and we'll process a "Full Refund" right away! Designing is a service and any design requires hours of work by a designer to do the job.

Overall very happy with what was received, design was to my specification and seller included social icons and favicon! A little slow coming in at 5 days but this was offset by quality and price.

Order confirmation is instant when you submit through the order form on our website. Sometimes the form goes unfilled and we had to manually confirm it.

TAT is 2 business days approx.
