I have received 3 articles from this service and I am very satisfied with the articles.
My last order was for 1500 words, but they came back to me and said that they could only write 1000 words. To keep the high quality they didn't want to add fluff. They offered a refund of the 500 words or to place another order. I can't express how glad I am that they did this, instead of just adding words for word counts' sake. That gives me a lot of trust for them.
The quality is high and the speed of service is faster than all other services I use in this price range. Much faster. The personal touch in their emails is also appreciated. Even if Lucy's real name might be Rakesh - I'm still very happy with the communication.
