Yes, tech-support need to have some patience with newbies, who came, same as me, from some hosters with super polite and usefull tech-support but with not so super server's tech specs. Performance on TheOnionHost is very good, same as the price for service. First two-three months the up-time was not perfect, but now accrodnig to uptimerobot it's 99.991%. I'm fully satisfied. Yes shared hosting is with cPanel and you can install wordpress with one click installer. No extra payment for shared hosting. But if you are planning to buy a vps or dedicated server and planning to use cpanel then you have to buy cpanel license.
