- Do you manage Cpanel and WP admin from your home IP our do you use proxies or any other way?
- Same question for IP with social media, also would you create for example all your fanpages from your personal FB account?
- If the PBN is discover what happens to money site? I know that PBN gets deindexed.
- When you wrote your article you talked about how the expired domains would lose all the link juice, does this already happens?

When I'm looking to build a PBN around a blog centered around an "ultimate guide" like an Ultimate Guide for saxophones, would it help if I'd find a niche specific expired domain with no shitty backlinks and stuff and some metrics? Or does a brand new domain do just as well?

no need to hide your IP from CP or WP admin unless you are very paranoid.
dont put clusters of PBN sites in a list together in any place
PBN is deindexed. Money site gets manual notice inside Search Console IF its done excessively.
expired domains have some juice yes still kept. but now its more about legit clicks on a link.. and that passes more link juice as chrome tracks it by feeding to rankbrain.
use auction domains now. more powerful.
.htaccess
robots.txt (although this can leave a footprint if you use the same files all over and s suspect of pbn/ perhaps.
expired domain is good. but still risk. better get an auction domain if you are serious. spend a few $$ . otherwise clean new domain is good.

What a fucking gold post.Thank you, OP for taking the time to write this thorough and complete guide. It seems I gotta save up a little bit because from what I can see making your own PBN network will cost a lot of money especially if you're buying auctioned domains.

Doesn't have to, there are ways to find good domains like the crawlers and others, be creative

Have you had any issue from previous owners of domains contacting you and wanting you to take down domain or tried to sue you for using there content and pretending it to be yours?
