This is the first time we have heard of facebook unpublishing a page because of bought likes. There is no way for them to know if it was you that bought them or a competitor trying to get cause trouble, which is why they don't unpublish pages for such reasons. Could you send us your order id so we can take a look? and for the ones that were completed but not fulfilled?
My page is a week old so I'm pretty sure no competition will waste resources to cause our page trouble. You also completed orders that were not fulfilled. I ordered custom comments and even though not a single comment were submitted it was already completed on your end

With the V1 facebook comments there can be a delay between status being completed and comments coming, but the service works perfectly fine and comments are always sent. That been said, our V2 comments are faster/high quality and don't experience any delays between the status and the delivery of comments. The comment orders have been refunded as the comments may not have been sent by the time the page got unpublished. We didn't mean to suggest that a competitor got the page taken down. The point we were trying to make is that is taking down a page was as easy as ordering a few 100 likes to a page, competitors would be taking down each other's pages all the time. It's not possible in this scenario for facebook to know who then bought the likes, which is why when facebook suspects likes to be bought, they simply remove the likes, as opposed to unpublishing the page.
