So ive just ended my near 2 year shared hosting with Servikus (due to venturing into a DMCA-Ignore required world)
11/10 helpfulness
9/10 contact time
10/10 easy payment setup
8/10 server speed

For newbies starting their first site and getting the idea of cpanel and setting up sites, @littlewebdragon and his team helped out more than they had to.
when i stuffed up a few things at the start, they helped me fix my errors on their side asap
when there was a server error that caused a short outage, they extended the due date of payment

Now that ive ventured into the VPS world and done abit more research, a few things i think his team should mention that arent mentioned:
softaculous(one click install wordpress) is installed
paypal payment accepted
you're not informed on the server specs being allocated to you

If your just starting up in this BHW world, this is where you should acquire your first hosting.
perfectly fine for dropshipping, blog, parasite, business page.

***now the questionable part***
for advanced users, this is where you should acquire your second hosting/pre-existing site.
my reasoning for stating second hosting/pre-existing site is because my site crashed many times.
now this could be because
1. i had too much on my website
2. opened up too many tabs
3. too many other sites allocated to the same server
4. specs on my chosen shared hosting not enough
initially setting up a dropshipping site took abit of time because of adding all the products from scratch and the site not handling it.
because the specs of the server arent given, i cant say it was their fault or mine.
once i had setup the base and didnt require to open a few tabs or do heaps of work, site speed/no 503 crashes was good.
so thats why i still give Servikus an 8/10 site speed and say that if you've got a website base pre-made then you're all good.

Overall, my first experience with web hosting and it was a pleasure.
Definitely a hosting provider i would recommend.
