REFUND POLICY
FULL REFUND: If the project has not yet started then the client may request a full refund.

PARTIAL REFUND: A 50% refund may be requested up to 7 days after receiving the initial draft(s).

NO REFUND: Once the initial drafts have been approved, or revisions are made per client request, client will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to complete.


REVIEW COPIES
There will be no review copies available for this thread. We have sold for years on bhw with nothing but happy customers!

Service Information

• The mockup the seller created for me was done well and the overall design itself was very clean.
• All images on the mockup relevant and customised
• The seller's customer support was pretty decent. They explained things to me as needed. Additionally, I found the seller friendly and easy to work with.

Additional Information

• The review was conducted prior to the seller adding in their eCommerce package. However, after discussing it with the seller, I decided that the mockup they created for me would be sufficient.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.

I've haven't used avada myself but themes pretty much all work the same anyway - the builder that comes with it plus back end configuration settings.
