How Can I Sell This Very Niche Local Site And All Its Assets?

You'd think this is like a general question but it isn't.

I have a site in a very specific niche, a niche that mostly will fly for people in my country(or region).
I have a fairly large Instagram page, Facebook page and Facebook group all for the site, least being 89k fans and the highest being 130k.
The site is doing good search wise, but the problem is I can't easily sell it to someone outside of my country or the region entirely.

It has a very brandable domain and a store will fly on it very perfectly, which am hoping the buyer goes into because the niche is hot and selling.
And the pages are very active as I do get people wanting to buy stuffs, in fact I took some orders one was for an African in Taiwan, item hasn't been delivered due to covid but I made very good profit.

My problem is, since this isn't a niche I can just list the site on flippa and the rest of them, it's become hard to sell.

What tip do you have for me that can help me sell these off(site plus all pages)

How do I pitch it to someone(brand)? Any tip is welcomed.

Remember I can mostly sell it to someone locally or in the West African region because of the niche.


Finally, am not interested in building a proper business on it, because it'll require some capital, time and serious interest in the niche. I'm lacking in most of those. I also have other projects am running.

1. Look out for influencers in your region.
2. Find business owners / company advertising with them .
3. Filter out advertisers (Business owners ) targeted to your as much as you can.
4. Send them pitch from the business account.


I've sold several businesses using that approach. It's a number game so you have to reach out to as many potential buyers as you can.

You could try just contacting other people/sites in your niche and see if they're interested in taking over your project but it sounds like your options are pretty limited.

Limited for real

find companies doing what your site does and try to sell it to them.

based on the target location maybe i can be of help getting someone interested
