Has anyone been rejected from EmpireFlippers for PBN usage or other similar reasons?

I'm doing my due dilligence here and I am wondering why many ranking Shopify sites have been listed on Flippa and Exchange Marketplace for months, without being sold.

I have a huntch that they got rejected from Empire Flippers but I am not sure what could be the possible reasons to this.

Its not like I dont have shit to do and check where are some random sites listed.. its more that I use PBNs with my sites and if some day I want to sell my site.. i need to prepare what is ahead.

All The sites I have checked have nice organic flow and bank thousands each month.

Is Empire Flippers too picky these days?
