2) How is the inbox rate ?
A) We have 99% inbox rate servers but we don't allow any spam or mass mailing on those Public Email Server.
3) Do you allow mass mailing and Spam ?
A) Yes! We do have mass mailing server and ignores spam. Servers can handle 100k to 1000k based on the package you choose ( BulletProof Addon ).
4) Do i get root access to manage the server ?
A) Sorry! Email servers are fully configured with custom settings to avoid the extra support and work. We just give access to installed email panels and other details but not the root access.
5) If i need custom server with more IPs you can arrange ?
A) YES! we can arrange fully customized server you can either ticket us before order or skype. (live:megawrz)
6) Why there is difference in price for public , private and bulletproof IP's?
A) Answer is simple when IP is blacklisted we need to pay for de-list them again and it take so much time for us to recover that IP to previous state and we cannot allot that IP to other customers unless its fully recovered. So that is the reason price will be different based on the addon you choose.
7) So what are different Email Server Types your talking about ?
A) a) Public Email Server (99% inbox rate . Fully Warmup Server can handle only 500 to 1000 mails per day increase slowly.. And NO SPAM on this server . If we found email spam server will be suspended instantly without any refund.)
b) Private Email Server (This server doesn't come with warmup. But we will give Documentation on how to warmup.This server can handle only few spam reports not much. It can handle 10k to 20k mails per day based on the package you choose.)
c) BulletProof Email Server (This server doesn't come with warmup. But we will give Documentation on how to warmup.This server can ignore any SPAM and allows mass mailing. It can handle 100k to 1000k mails per day based on the package you choose.)
8) How many IP's You can allot at max to email server ?
A) 1 to 256 IP's and we will configure them with the server + domain DNS and SMTP. Please do contact us when there are bulk IP's.
9) Can you help us with DNS on domain ?
A) With Pleasure ! You can either give us access to change DNS or we can guide you how to change them.
