can you help me !

I am ;imited because there is an old tradename still in my paypal profile which I do not use and had no referrence to in my Chamber of Commerce registration. I cannot see or edit it myself (my paypal account is ancient) but they think I do business with shady countries (which is BS but 'Persia' is in this tradename. Paypal support is non existing and even worse with Covid.....is answer in action center, i answer emails to compliancy that they can ignore and remove the tradename but they (or the automated system) does not respons, it just keeps asking to verify my business together with this tradename.... any out of the box ideas are very welcome... I have funds on the way from my paypal account but they dont release it and my customers cant use is for payments. Long shot to ask here but maybe one of you can help me?
