Same my experience!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service either.

I bought an account with BM verified a few months ago. Facebook revoked the BM verification in less than two weeks, I believe if I had realized this earlier, they could have offered a replacement, however, they are probably temporarily verified accounts, you can't work long term, it's a really temporary solution.

Also, you pay over $300 for an FB account that will not be yours. There are other people with access, they are probably hacked accounts, the owners of the account keep using the account, you don't have access to a password and it is a risky business model.

Support only points out that they have sold ''thousands'' of FB accounts, have great reputation and approval, but do not answer the questions directly, just reaffirm their supposedly high reliability and reputation.

Paying over $300, I was hoping to have an FB account with BM verified long term and with exclusive access. However, the FB account has shared access and the BM verification is really weak.

I tried one of their accounts to test.

When I logged in, the BM was disabled. Based on their replacement policy I was able to get a new account. I logged in and it was already disabled again. They said they were able to appeal the account and we were back in business. I followed their warm up policy and after day 2 my account was logged out. They weren't able to log the account back in and now it was past the 14 day warranty.

After some arguing, they wouldn't replace the account even though they kept giving me accounts that were disabled when I logged in. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The 14-day warranty begins when you purchase the first account and applies to replacement accounts? It doesn't reset when they give you a replacement account?

Hello! It's really unfortunate that you have had an unpleasant experience with our service, also its true that for a short period of time( a week or so) Facebook had some problems with newly created BMs, but getting back to the 14 day warranty, we always insist to start the warm up process the day you receive the account, it's never recommended to wait 6-8 days( which I believe was the case when you got the replacement). If you would like to discuss this situation in more detail, we are always available for a constructive conversation.

So the 14-day warranty resets once you get a replacement or not?

It took 3-4 days to get my account because they said the location wasn't available and I should choose another location. I logged in one day and saw there was an account which was unexpected and I wasn't notified either. I wasn't prepared to use the account right away because I thought my order was on hold until I chose another location. I've had multiple conversations which always pointed to your 14 day warranty.

Kevoss: The 14-day warranty begins when you get the account whether it's disabled or not (from my experience). Replacements do not extend the warranty. There is no notification email or message from your account manager when it's ready so you would need to keep checking. Once you get the account use it right away.

Facebook traces my IP back to me and I have been banned a few times. Last account I got was from Russia and I can't read the posts that come into me. I can't advertise on it because I don't write the language. I speak English.

I would like to try a review copy and if it works for English, I can purchase it.

I talked to my account manager as suggested by Dont.Farm

According to him, the account is accessed by other people to avoid Facebook banning. It would be a strategy to keep the profile warm through common activities like sending messages, liking photos, doing searches, etc. and avoiding Facebook banning.

The problem is that these people (always mentioned in the plural) are strange to us. They don't work for Dont.Farm either, it's not clear who these people are specifically.

In fact, these people don't have access to your full credit card number, but they could create ads (and consequently charge your credit card) because they have access to your Facebook account. Account Manager points out that it's absolutely safe, but I'm particularly afraid there's nothing to stop these people from taking advantage of the situation.

Anyway, I'm open for corrections and explanations from Dont.Farm, I really thought that this account was mine and only I would have access. Recently I asked what is the password for this account, and it was mentioned that they could not give me this information. In other words, more than 1 person has access to my Facebook account and I have to accept this to continue using the services.

I believe this situation could be explained publicly because there is more than one person interested in more details, thank you.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service either.

So let's say your running white hat ads, how do you create a page and run it? What if you gotta create multiple pages for multiple businesses

Understood, but I would like to point out that its our clients responsibly to check on the status of their accounts( takes seconds) and that we cannot extend the warranty once you have ordered the account, it's really unfortunate that you were not prepared to use the account right away, but we operate within the limits of our account replacement policy.

Hello, the warm up takes up to 3 days( 10-15 min per day max), we provide a manual and a personal account manager, who will always be glad to help out, we have simplified this process as much as possible.

The support seems to want to prove your statement:

The fact that you see real social activity is also part of our solution, we completely understand your concerns, but honestly they have no bases, we have been in business for over a year and sold over 70k accounts- our reputation speaks for itself. We have been repeatedly reviewed by the highly respected admins of BHW and each time we have passed their standards. If you have any more concerns, we will gladly address them.

So basically what I get from reading this thread:

You get a 14 day warranty, out of which 6-8 days are spent warming the account, so there's only 6 days of legitimate use, and if a defective service is provided, your warranty can be nulled by receiving a defective service again.

Warranty: usually written guarantee of the integrity of a product and of the maker's responsibility for the repair or replacement of defective parts
If the service promised is "3x the spend of the account value within two weeks" then accounts should be replaced at no cost, how much ever times required, until the "3x the spend of the account value within two weeks" condition is satisfied.

If a client can pay for a service and through some wierd loophole some don't receive it as advertised, whatever the reason, then by definition it's a "selective scam."

Ps. I'm not trying to bash it, I actually want to become a client, but this policy means your service has virtually no guarantee to deliver, please consider ammending it.

Hello! I assure you, there is no "weird loophole", everything is clearly stated in our Replacement Policy (which is available even without making a purchase) - "Any account can be replaced only during the first 2 weeks after it was issued and only once. Please use your purchased accounts immediately, because a warranty starts on the same day when it was issued, date of issue is available in your account. Any purchased account can be replaced only once."

Also we would like to point out that your personal manager is always more than happy to address your concerns, as for the warm up, we recommend 2-3 days( by the manual).

As far as I understand, these are FB hacked accounts of REAL people that you deactivate business notifications on their accounts in order to create a BM and use it on their behalf without them knowing.

For customers: If something goes wrong, are you sure you wont be tracked using your Shopify store personal details? your domain name details? Your company name?

This is totally BlackHat and I have no problem with that, my problem is that the OP is advertising this as a WhiteHat solution for people that might have registered their company to their name and gave their personal information when creating their accounts and risk to get caught easily if any legal action was taken.

OP, Can you address this please? I have a problem with FB too, but this solution I can't recommend for legit businesses.

Hello! Our service has been reviewed by the highly respected Admins of BHW on multiple occasions and we have successfully passed their thorough reviews each time, also would like to point out that we have sold over 60k accounts worldwide during our year+ on the market, clients( about 40-50% do WH) have not experienced a single legal problem, hope this addresses your concerns.
