Best Speed Wordpress Theme

Can you guys write a WP Theme that you use for your sites?

Interested a WP Theme that has the fastest speed and has great settings for Seo!

I tried soledad, jnews, bimber, avas - very low speed site. It's below 30.

What can you advise for a regular blog, where content about cats, dogs, recipes...

If you expect 100/100 with out proper optimization, there is not an option available for you. Even the fastest themes require additional touche.

I like astra, and if you use page builder like elementor, you can opt for hello elementor, quite fast with good acores in gt metrix

GeneratePress, it is a very fast and clean coded theme with lot??s of functionalities, as hooks and elements.

There is also the income school ???Acabado??? theme. I tried it, it was pretty fast.

Although I think most of the speed benefits were from the paid plugin that optimised the images.

When I removed the plugin, the speed was only slightly faster than Generate Press or Astra.

There is a user on this forum who does site speed optimization for $47. He does a great job. So you can use any theme you want and then he will fix it.

You can max the speed of pretty much any theme you want with the correct plugins.
I use Wordly currently for my affiliate site, it's fast and search engine optimized. I have shared the premium version on BHW in case you want to try it.

Can also recommend Neve, Astrid, Divi, Writers Blogily, and Nisarg.

Thrive Theme is a good Option. RankMath/Yoast should do good for SEO Settings. Cloudflare+bunnyCDN/MaxCDN will be great for speed optimizations. No theme will offer you what you are looking for unless you go for 3rd party plugins as listed.

"speed" isn't only about themes. I mean yeah, you wouldn't want junk files to be loaded in every page when they are not needed... but generally speaking, even the free themes you see in WP directory are fine for "speed". It is rather about optimizations. To begin with, get a good server. Then try decreasing the amount of requests. Remove plugins that you do not use. Do not use 5 plugins for doing the same thing (I see this trend especially with caching and security plugins..Instead of removing bloat, people end up putting more lol). Then try caching the static files like JS, images and css files. Try implementing leverage caching using the htaccess (or web . config if you are using nginx). That should make your site a lot faster.

You can achieve a fast speed if you use a caching plugin like WP Rocket. The theme doesn't matter that much. I've used the themes you mentioned (Soledad, Jnews, Bimber, etc) and was able to achieve 90+ scores on Google Pagespeed.

I've also used Generatepress and other so-called fast themes. But don't like them that much because they are not as customizable nor as goodlooking as those from Themeforest like Soledad, Newspaper, Jnews, etc. In most cases, fast speed can be achieved with a fast host (VPS), caching plugin (e.g. WP Rocket) and Imagify to serve webp images.

Yes, Themeforest themes are more newbie friendly, BUT, a theme like GeneratePress IS more technical customizable then a "normal" flashy theme, and therefore more suitable for experienced users that needs real customization with hooks and elements.
