Best alternative to Goodle Analytics and AWStats?

Using Google Analaytics on the website for years has been working fine but it does not give me the data I want, for instant leadfeeder can show you companies name and contact details if they surfe your website. Google analytics can show you only some of the keywords but now all and some other data which I don't know how to use.

What are you guys using, paid or unpaid doesn't matter?

I want to get as many information as possible maybe something like leadfeeder and analytics in one package so something that can generate a DEMOGRAPHICS for the website which gets about 5K to 8K visitors a day.
