OK, so I went into the process of getting a logo for my upcoming website with only a general idea of what might work for what I needed, but no concrete design in my head. It was something that needed to be fleshed out during the design process, which is why I ordered the $10 plan that includes many revisions.
I communicated some general thoughts about the logo to Clare and she responded with some initial designs. We went back and forth from there, combining some elements from her concepts with some ideas that I had. We probably went through ten or more revisions over the span of two weeks, some of which were substantial departures from the initial concepts.
Clare acted on every request with speed and ingenuity, creating solutions that looked good and fit into what I wanted. No matter how small, nit-picky or (probably) annoying the request was, Clare always responded quickly and professionally. Whenever I asked for something specific (put that here, modify this, add such-and-such) that is what she delivered.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the process, communication and the whole experience. I highly recommend her services, and hope that we will do business again.
