I am on a very tight budget and I would like to build a funnel with an autoresponder on WordPress...Is this too hard to build?

I??ve seen a couple of YouTube tutorials on this but they are outdated and most of the tools they recommend are too damn expensive.

I recently read you can build a full working funnel on WordPress using CartFlow..Is this true? Do you know any other way? How about an autoresponder?

i want to make membership site for digital products with 2 monthly plans 1 with limited downloads per day and the other full access like yours .

You're welcome man. I have read your download request for CartFlows Pro yesterday and I promised to upload it. You can download it from this thread:

You can build a working funnel using CartFlows Pro. I have been working with this plugin a lot in the past - so other methods are not familiar (yet) to me.

About an autoresponder: this is mostly done by an external SMTP relay server.

- what things I should avoid to edit in a them to have a child-theme ? to update the theme without losing my editing
- how can I do www redirect in my website ? is it possible with WordPress ?
- what are the best ways to make the website fast ? (plugins + ways ...)
- what would happen if I use an old version of a plugin or a theme ?

There are currently 48 activated plugins on my website

- the website is quite technical.
I would recommend to choose for Easy Digital Downloads with the Mayosis theme which allows you to create a digital webshop easily.

Many of the features on my website are custom build.

Thanks for your questions.

You should always choose for a child-theme in case you would like to edit the theme files. If you don't know how to create a child-theme (most of the time, a child theme is included within the main package of a theme), you can try this plugin: https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/child-theme-configurator/
Sure. https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-ssl/ or do it through .htaccess.
You can choose a webhost with Litespeed enabled - this is running very smoothly with the Litespeed caching module enabled. In other cases, I recommend Perfmatters or WP-Rocket if you want a full caching + optimizations features for WOrdPress.
Make sure to always update your theme and plugins. Many times, hackers are trying to search for vulnerabilities and trying to hack your site using old code. Always update your theme + plugin files.

Thanks for quick reply, I have already download Link Whisper which you have shared in the group, but whenever I try to do bulk linking my post (4000 post), my site gets hang and not updates are done in the articles

Any other alternative then LW ?

Nothing really. functions.php is the only thing. Anything else can be changed. Even functions you over-write with functions.php doesn't guarantee anything. A theme could call new functions and you're screwed.
