I see couple suggestions adsterra and PropellerAds.
There is 3 options for this comments.
1. They are paid for promoting adsterra
2. They didn't know nothing about ads
3. They are joking with you.
Those two are very spammy. Adsterra are full with porn ads, and thet are stealing clicks.
You have diet site which is in a healthy niche. Try with media net, they are better than adsense in healthy niche. If you have more than 10k visits monthly try with Ezoic, they are better than adsense

No one is better than adsense thats true, but if you cant work on AdSense if not, there are many alternatives. the problem is a lot of those companies are cheating the publishers by stealing click or cutting impressions to make profits by affiliate systems like popads and adsterra

Ezoic would be the best option for you. People have seen better earnings than AdSense. You have 10k plus visits a month so you do qualify.
