Yes, we could provide the account (applicable fees & taxes apply).

Standard Monthly fee applies.

No ad can run forever. However, an ad can run at peak performance for a long time without any maintenance. But to revive a dead ad you need re-setup everything from scratch.

This looks like a good service. But the ad budget I see are really big numbers. Do people with little budget (for example 200-500 dollars) and choose Tier 2 starter (149 one time) get the same level of treatment as people who spend 50K a month?

I believe you guys get more attention than the big guys if not the same. Especially in the initial month(s)

If you're spending 50K with us, the process & systems are streamlined and the revenue's flowing in. Everything's like clockwork.

If you are spending 200-500 with us then you're mostly in your 1st month with us, which is the month where we are laying the foundation for the project. And that requires a lot of attention.

P.S. 149 plan doesn't include management. Only setup.

Thanks, okay so Tier 2 149 is the setup, that does inlcude the 1 campaign many ads (prospecting, retargeting and engagement) lifetime access, full setip (creatives, copy and targeting).

It sounds like a good start for me and see to start. I understand no management, but that is fine for now, just the full setup with your guys expertise and creating the ads, targeting etc should (hopefully) result in revenue, of course no guarantees but when I see the examples used it looks to me a very good chance turning the ad budget 200-500 in more then 500

So I used their Tier-2 advanced service for one month and was honestly not very satisfied.

I approached Prakhar from the beginning with the plan to use his service for rest of the year since I wanted to focus on other parts of My business. Eventhough he could have got a long time customer with me the communicate through the month was lack luster

(first creatives we're delayed without any information until I asked.

Add budget was not extended during their managing period which resulted in a day without running ads. Didn't receive a message from the team until I asked.)

The final ROAS was 170%, so for 100$ ad spent people bought products worth 170$. Now you have to remove the production cost, shop cost etc to realise I made a loss. That's not even the biggest problem with this campaign or the management. The problem is that they apparently outdated methods which caused me spending money on ads for several days without results and obviously bad CTR. I thought my products we're fairly easy but unfortunately they could produce good enough creative to make people even click On the ads.

In the final week they tried to "optimize" my ads by using a LLA which was already destined to fail since the pixel didn't have enough date for such a targeting and Product Views alone we're never a good idea to use.

After the month I not only didn't get any message from Prakhar, he hasn't been checking into the group chat since week. (he promises to monitor the chats.)


Unless you have no idea about Facebook Ads at all or a budget of +1000$ you're probably better off with an other agency or doing it yourself.

Thank you for your feedback. Here are the main stats of your campaign:

1. Overall RoAS - 170%
2. Top performing Ad Set - 344%
3. Cost of Product - 13Euros (No upsells, crosssells or remarketing on website)



As you would see many of the ad sets have been paused. This is part of the testing process.

We'll put many variations and some will not perform as well as the others. But they both add to the overall cost.

With time as the non-performing ad sets are paused, the overall RoAS of the campaign would increase.

We mentioned this in the email we sent you when the ads were 1st launched.



Shikhar & myself have been in constant touch with you. I have been monitoring the conversation regularly. There has been lengthy discussions, almost daily with the team updating you regularly on their own. Whatsapp allows you to see the messages in the notification bar without opening the app. If things are going well, I don't interfere. Whenever, there has been a confusion or issue, I have jumped in immediately as I saw the messages.

In the past few days however, I faced issues with Whatsapp which I had communicated on the thread as well. Also, removed my link to Whatsapp in my signature if you noticed.

I'd appreciate that you wanted to run with us for a year. A campaign takes 1-3 months to scale and optimise & requires 50-100 weekly conversions (as per official Facebook guidelines).

We've always maintained the budget that one requires to be truly successful to be in the thousands. It's mentioned on the thread, in our cost estimate emails, invoice and every conversation we had with anybody here.
