It's first time im selling website on flippa. I sent backup of my website to the new owner but he said he needs all site zip files and database sql files. What exactly do he means and how to find these files?

Did you already sell it? If so, give him what he wants.

Ask your hosting provider to help you.

If it's in WordPress site use duplicator plugin ..
