Must Success Always Start With Failure?

I started blogging few weeks ago, new domain and I'm struggling to post fresh/unique contents every ones in few days, its a programming/datascience niche so posting on a daily basis isn't easy..

It is kind of discouraging seeing people from here announcing how many times they failed before finally getting things right. Does it mean that there aren't people who got it right the first time and continued to thrive afterwards?
Why has failure before success been Normalized in this community?

Some of us don't have the luxury of failing and trying again, because we are starting with all we have, and that "all we have" is Nothing.

If you don't fail you will never become successful. In order to succeed everyone has to learn from their mistakes and try again till you get it right.

Some people are fortunate enough and hit a lucky break here and there, run with it till it's gone and start back at stage one. You've only been at it a few weeks so don't get discouraged!

It can be hard to deal with a project "failing". But the truth is, it happens. You just gotta dust yourself off and keep going.

Even a failure can be a valuable learning lesson and might even be the reason why you succeed later down the road.

The saying "I didn't fail, I just found another way that didn't work" is a good way to look at it.

Keep your chin up dude and keep fighting.

You raised an interesting point that got me thinking, your right, how can you fail, when you start off with no clue anyway, lol

Gives an easier outlook on learning a subject when you think like that.

Can't we just at least learn from other people's failure and not fail before we become successful..

If it were that easy to learn form others failures and be instantly succesful, it would be too easy and boring, failure gives the adrenalin to try again and again

it also depends on what you want to do and what your aspirations are. of course, there is not a god above dictating that your first tries must fail; but since success is hard and failure is easy, of course, most of us fail when we still have no idea of what we are doing. i have failed 4 times this year and burned like 450usd, but i have learned WordPress, elementor, a little bit of AHK, and lots of mistakes to avoid, like some stuff you can't legally do, some nitty-gritty details of hosting that can trip stupid beginners like me, what questions you should ask before buying a service, that you should be careful of what TLD you use (and that non .com can have their uses), and that you really should do your homework before investing on something; a good hunch and some math logic are not enough, verify with a practical trial the pieces you want to use actually exist like you think they do and work like you need them to. and keep a close eye to journeys; not to copy them, but to learn from them.

I honestly think this is absolute bullshit.

If you learn from other people's mistakes and are lucky enough there are chances of you succeeding on first trial.

While it doesn't work that way for everyone there are people it worked out for.

I get failure at least 3 4 to times in my business and reason was different different, some times my partner, some time situations and sometime other things but i learn a lot with every failure, and stand up again to fight against failure.

Synergy is vital. We should able to build bridges between failures to find what we lack the most.

No, we have this thing called beginners luck. It actually worked for me too.

Coming to the topic, I think you will have way better chance of earning some bucks if you changed the platform. I.e., instead of blogging, try vlogging, may be. Post once every week, and use your own voice. Show your face if you are not afraid (like me lol). Youtube is a much better platform, especially for tech. P.S., it is my personal opinion.

Well, I have already started and I'm kind of optimistic.. I plan on having at least 20 posts before fully applying blackhat. Hopefully my blog would have been freed from google sandbox by then..
I'll consider your suggestion(vlogging) maybe in the future...

The thing is, you would typically get some type of results in 6 months with SEO as long as you put the necessary groundwork in.

And it is essential to put that work in. Running a successful blog is nothing, but a discipline to write daily, even when you don't feel like doing it.

I wouldn't call it a failure just yet, it is all part of the game.

You are competing with millions of other people, no matter what you try to do. There are limited SERPs positions, limited user views, limited etc etc

There are no rules.

Maybe a person needs to fail to learn so they are more experienced than other people, they might eventually make $100,000 per year.

Maybe a person might think outside the box, dedicate weeks to reading up on others who have gone down the same path, learn from other peoples' mistakes, and without failure earn $200,000 per year.

Another person might have $500,000 funding to start a business, keep making mistakes, not learn from them, and the business might completely fail.

There's no rules. If you want to compete you can't think like you have to do this or you have to do that. You create the rules.

The people that really want to win will win - maybe they fail along the way, maybe they're cunning and they don't need to, but if you give up when you fail you guarantee that you'll never do anything you're proud of because people always mistake failure for the end of the road, when it's just a time to pause and rethink the plan of attack.

Keep pushing and don't make the same mistake twice is the trick.

This is true, but when it comes to google serp; it is hard to classify a mistake as a mistake. That makes the game tougher, I think. For example, you might not be penalised even if you made a mistake. On another blog, you might be penalised for some neg seo that you didn't obviously do to yourself. On a third blog, you might rank for no reason whatsoever. As @VSYNC pointed out, there are no rules. That's pretty hard to digest as a seo/imer. I do not care about it a lot, because I have other revenue streams, but I feel sorry for those who do. No wonder @bartosimpsonio calls google retarded.
