I received a review copy for three months that I tested. What I received was a Ukraine IP machine, worked pretty good. I did almost everything I needed. Is an excellent service that can run bots, I couldn't install VPN / OpenVPN to change the IP because RDP connection didn't accept that, but overall was good and I did basically what I needed.
Isn't good to create Google ADS / Bing ADS accounts because of the, IP and they suspend you almost instantly.

I have tested the $16.99 Windows VPS for 3 months as a review copy.

Server had USA Ip address. They also have Europe servers. Very clean configuration. Fast server and network.
Was able to configure IIS and install and test wordpress on windows VPS.
You can do essentially anything thats legal through the server. For example you can do bulk email marketing, run bots from this server.
Op was very helpful and responded quickly with queries.
